• What is Learning on Demand?
    This online service provides you with convenient access to recorded technical presentations given by an expert on a specific topic. Presentations are offered in two parts:
    • Part I: Expert presentation divided into chapters for easy navigation
    • Part II: Q&A addressing frequently asked questions
  • What are the different options available to buy videos?
    • You can choose our UNLIMITED ACCESS offer. It includes single access to the entire library of videos of Learning on Demand including new videos added during the one year subscription period for 499€. Access is restricted by a login and password. And it is limited to 3 different computers.
    • You can buy only a specific video "ONE SHOT PURCHASE". It includes single access to the chosen video for 30 days. Access is restricted to one computer. You may view the presentation up to 3 times within the 30-day period.
  • How do I pay my purchase?
    Pay online with a credit card or request a purchase order via email and then pay by bank transfer (add €20 to purchase price).
  • How to cancel a purchase?
    • If you have made a "ONE SHOT PURCHASE" you can be refunded as long as you have not accessed the video.
    • If you have chosen the "UNLIMITED ACCESS", no refund is made.
  • What is needed to view a video?
    Internet access (min connection speed 256 Kbps) and Adobe Flash Player, Version 7 (or later) installed on your computer. Download Adobe Flash Player by clicking here. To verify if Adobe Flash Player is already installed on your computer or to learn more, visit the Adobe web site.

    Cookies are used to check your access right to the service/videos. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED NOT TO DISABLE OR REMOVE COOKIES IN YOUR BROWSER, otherwise your access to the service/videos will be no longer available.
  • How to access video(s) after the purchase?
    • "ONE SHOT PURCHASE": After purchasing the video, you will receive an email with a receipt and a direct link to the presentation. Launch the presentation by clicking on this link. Your purchase includes access to the presentation for 30 days. Access is restricted to one computer. You may view the presentation up to three times within the 30-day period.
    • UNLIMITED ACCESS: Once you have paid the subscription fee, log on using your SpecialChem (Omnexus) User ID and password (they will be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail), select your video(s) and simply click on "View". Your purchase includes single access to the entire library of videos of Learning on Demand including new videos added during the one year subscription period. Access is restricted by a login and password. And it is limited to 3 different computers.
