Additives for Polyamides
and Engineering Thermoplastics
Since the
1970's, Brüggemann has been offering a special line of additives,
used to improve performance of thermoplastics. The products are marketed
under the name Bruggolen.
BRÜGGEMANN
is a leading manufacturer of Sodium Hydroxymethane Sulfinate, also
called Sodium Formaldehyde Sulfoxylate, marketed under registered trademark
BRUGGOLITE.
This new co-catalyst, BRUGGOLITE FF6, is a formaldehyde-free reducing
agent based on sulphinic acid derivative and has been developed for
the application in the field of emulsion polymerization to reduce the
volatile organic contents (VOC).
Its range of application is very large e.g: synthetic rubber compounds
for tires, polymer dispersions and plastics for injection molding, for
various end-uses.
BRÜGGEMANN's
Zinc Oxides take an important part in the high quality rubber
compounds as filler and cross-linking agents.
In the past four years Brüggemann has elaborated a plan concerning
the reduction of the zinc oxide dosage in rubber compounds. This concept
is based on the technologically optimized application of a special product,
ZnO RAC. Due to its high activity, there is only one half of
the standard dosage quantity of French processed ZnO needed in the formula
for sulfur and thiurame vulcanized rubber. ZnO RAC offers a very good
price performance ratio.
